I was looking at all the Halloween patterned papers I had in my stash and I found this title reading “I have a bone to pick with you.” from We R Memory Keepers’ Heebie Jeebies collection. Right away I knew I had to do something with it along with the other skull embellishments I had from K & Company. Now if you haven’t seen the We R Memory Keepers’ Heebie Jeebies collection, you’re in for quite a surprise…at least I was. The 12×12 sheets have one single pattern on one side and when you turn it around…you get four patterns–so the back side has four 6×6 patterns…how awesome is that?!
So, from the Heebie Jeebies’ “Wacky” 12×12 patterned paper, I chose the scalloped circle that featured some skulls and ledger background (this was one of the 6×6 patterns in the back). I cut 1/4 of the circle out and adhered it to the black piece of card stock and added the title from Heebie Jeebies. Then I added skulls to complete the card. This turned out to be a very simple card. =) Enjoy!

I had everything ready and cut out for this card, but I had to make some last minute changes because it didn’t come out the way I pictured it in my mind. I originally wanted to use a dark purple card stock with the same patterned papers and wanted to use ghosts instead of jack-o-lanterns, but you can see that’s not the case =)
The purple clashed with the black because they were both dark colors and a bright purple just didn’t go well and the ghosts didn’t coordinate with the colors. So I ended up switching to a yellow-orange card stock instead and used jack-o-lanterns to coordinate with the colors. I did film a video for this card, but when I replayed it…I realized my head was blocking the camera in a couple shots…so that defeated the whole purpose. In another video I filmed, my dogs were barking the entire time in the background because they were sensitive to the noises outside. So, I have yet to film a decent video…but hopefully tomorrow I will be able to post one!
