Apologies for the delay on this series this month. Had work late last night and bumming it around the apartment has caught up with me.
Here’s the card I made for this week. When I purchased the Inktense pencils last week I played around on a piece of watercolor paper to get a feel for the product. I didn’t want it to go to waste. Next to me was the Sweetest Thing stamp set from My Minds Eye that I had recently purchased. Since the doily and sentiment were attached, I thought it would be great to stamp over the watercolor pencils I just tested out. I used a grey piece of cardstock from Papertrey Ink and the Anne Griffin Foulard Embossing Strip from the embossing folder set. I pulled out an older MME stamp set that included borders and tags to stamp the side of the embossed portion of the card. I just love the simplicity of the card this week.
