Here I used the same technique as my last card. I used the ink foam blender to create the stripes with Stampin Up! inks in Pink Pirouette and Melon Mambo along with Colorbox Fluid Chalk Ink in Berrylicious. The whimsical flowers are from Technique Tuesday’s Wishes stamp set. I made the tag using Simon Says Stamp’s Holiday Labels. I cut the tag on a white piece of cardstock and decided to ink it with Pink Pirouette to bring in the stripes.
